SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery/Shipping charges and lead times are as follows, please note these are working days and do not include weekends or holidays and are not guaranteed. 

- UK Standard Delivery: (UK Mainland & Northern Ireland, excl. Channel Islands) £4.95, Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, allow 2 – 5 working days (not including Sunday, 5 -7 working days during sale)  

- Offshore Delivery: (N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and islands, Scilly Isles) £15.00, DPD, allow 2 – 5 working days (not including Sunday, 5 -7 working days during sale)

Please note that the above is the estimate delivery time. Once Little Rolla has handed your parcel over to Royal Mail or DPD, we have no influence over how long it will take to deliver it to you. Please note that a refund is only available once the recipient received the item and it has been returned to the Little Rolla Team. 

If you think that there might be an issue, please contact our Customer Service Team. They will be happy to contact Royal Mail or DPD for you and talk you through the next steps. 

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. 

Once orders are placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive another email confirming that your order is on its way. 

Little Rolla is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. 

Orders placed can only be shipped to one delivery address. Orders cannot be split to be sent to different delivery addresses.  If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery or failure to collect from a delivery depot, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges.

- Price Paid: Prices shown are in are inclusive of VAT and value is shown at checkout. As stated above, please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise. 

RETURNS

At Little Rolla, customer satisfaction is our top priority, where we handle each query on an individual basis to ensure we give you the best response. We do hope that you are 100% delighted with your order; however, if you are not satisfied with your goods, we will happily offer you a refund. 

To receive a full refund, the goods must be unused and in perfect condition, with all the labels and seals unbroken on the original packing. Please see the returns procedure below: 

Please complete our returns form and include it in your package. You can download the form from our website. 

- We suggest that you send the item(s) via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (for UK mainland deliveries). We regret that we are unable to offer a refund on returned shipping costs. 

We can only issue refunds on items that are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.  

Each returned item will be assessed individually. If we receive an item in an unsatisfactory condition, we retain the right to decline a refund. 

All successfully returned items will only be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items(s). We are also unable to refund any shipping charges. 

Please allow up to 14 working days from the date we receive your return at our warehouse for the refund to be issued. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method. 

Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on the items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise. 

Please note that all items being returned from outside the UK will need to add the following before our warehouse address to avoid items being held at customs:

RETURN ADDRESS – please remember to add your returns form into your parcel

WARRANTY

All Little Rolla products are made to the highest standards. If you receive a product that is faulty or develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, we will offer a replacement or refund. This does not apply to general wear and tear or misuse of the product. To request a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@littlerolla.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
