All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. 

Once orders are placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Little Rolla is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. 

Orders placed can only be shipped to one delivery address. Orders cannot be split to be sent to different delivery addresses.  If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery or failure to collect from a delivery depot, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges.

- Refunds: To receive a full refund, the goods must be unused and in perfect condition, with all the labels and seals unbroken on the original packing, and must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.

refund on returned shipping costs.

What age is Little Rolla suitable for? 

Our suitcases are designed for little travellers aged 2 years to 7 years old. The maximum ride-on weight cannot exceed 50kg.

How much can the suitcase hold? 

It has up to 16L storage capacity, perfect for packing clothes, toys, and travel essentials for kids.  

How do I clean my Little Rolla? 

Cleaning your Little Rolla is simple, just wipe it down with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher spots, a mild, non-abrasive cleaner will do the trick. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based products, stiff brushes, or abrasive sponges, as these can damage the surface. Make sure it's completely dry before storing.
